Nancy A. Green, CPT
For seventeen years Nancy has been helping organizations achieve business results through improving employee performance. Initially as an internal consultant at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, as an external consultant for the Center for Effective Performance and for ten years as an owner in the consulting firm iinteg, inc.. She has helped Fortune 100 clients redesign business processes, clarify job definitions, develop custom training programs and incentive systems, and set up corporate universities. In 2011 Nancy and Tal joined forces to address a growing need in the medical school community, Financial Literacy. Nancy earned her MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Tal began his financial services career 16 years ago as a commercial lender with Fifth Third Bank. In 1996 he joined his family's mortgage business and converted it to a niche company exclusively serving physicians under the new name PhysicianLoans. His insight into the finances and needs of med students, residents and practicing physicians helped grow that company into one of the nation's leading mortgage providers to doctors. It was through this extensive work with medical students and young doctors that Tal observed this group's critical need for financial literacy. He teamed up with long-time friend Nancy Green to develop this first-of-its-kind financial literacy solution for medical schools. Tal earned his B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University College of Business.
